Products that will be needed:

  • One kilogram of pollock;
  • One teaspoon of spices for fish;
  • Four tablespoons of flour;
  • Three cloves of garlic;
  • 400 grams of sour cream;
  • Salt, pepper to your taste;
  • Dill to your liking;
  • One carrot;
  • Three tablespoons of sunflower oil.

Let’s proceed to the cooking process:

Wash well pollock, scrape and remove fins. Cut into portions, sprinkle with spices for fish and set aside.

Put the sour cream in a bowl and squeeze the garlic (you can finely grate it). Pour in finely chopped dill, salt, pepper and stir.

Peel carrots and grate coarsely. Pour one tbsp of oil in a frying pan, heat and fry until soft.

Dip the fish in flour and fry in the remaining oil until semi-cooked.

Then transfer the fish to the carrots and pour the sour cream sauce over them. Cover the pan with a lid, turn down the heat and stew the pollock for 15 minutes.
