Coffee is a universal drink synonymous with pleasure and conviviality that can be consumed in the morning, at noon, or in the afternoon. It has often been the subject of sometimes contradictory studies.
So coffee, good or bad for your health?
Everything is a question of measure knowing that we are not equal when it comes to coffee, it all depends on our health.
If coffee, for some would help wake them up in the morning, stimulate them, regulate their intestinal transit, delay feelings of fatigue, and reduce the intensity of migraines; for others, it is the cause of their excitement, irritability, nervousness, lack of concentration and increased sensitivity to stress.
In addition, overconsumption of coffee can result in palpitations, tremors, and can influence the quality and quantity of sleep.
So, as with many things, coffee remains a drink to be consumed in moderation (maximum 3 cups/day).
Coffee should remain a pleasure without adversely affecting your life.
